All services are delivered as agreed in written proposals, quotations, or contracts.

3. Quotations & Agreements

All quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise
A contract is formed once a quotation is accepted in writing (including email)
We reserve the right to refuse or decline projects without obligation

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are stated in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified
Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement or invoice
Late payments may result in:
- Additional fees or interest
- Suspension of services

5. Cancellations & Changes

Client Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing
Costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged
Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on timing

Changes to Events

Any changes requested by the client may affect pricing and timelines
We will communicate any impact before proceeding

6. Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely information
Approve materials and plans within agreed timelines
Ensure necessary permissions (e.g., venue, licenses) unless otherwise agreed

Our Responsibilities

Deliver services professionally and as agreed
Communicate clearly throughout the project

7. Third-Party Suppliers

We may work with external suppliers (venues, catering, technical teams)
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by third parties
Supplier terms may also apply

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
We are not responsible for force majeure events (see section 9)

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Strikes or labor disputes
Pandemics
Venue cancellations

10. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, and materials created by Behind The Scenes remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise
Clients may not reproduce or reuse materials without permission

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project.
